Dean is a silly dog and his first person realized that it was not fair to keep him crated while he was at school or out all night. It was a difficult decision, but he dropped him off with his name and half a bag of puppy food. He has beautiful eyes and the sharpest mind. After a few weeks of him being in our home, he had learned to jump the gate that was across the kitchen and, with the help of Caliah, they destroyed all the handmade ornaments on the tree. Because of his quick mind, agility classes seemed the best route for him. They were very helpful since he was always trying to herd our female. I had been also seeing how much Caliah would learn around the house at the same time. Dean would watch her from his crate and pick up the same command instantly. Seeing this for weeks, we decided to see if he would be a good candidate for a service dog. Meanwhile, agility went on. During this time, Dean hurt his back hip. He started limping. He was seen by a vet in the Kenosha area and it was determined that he would not continue with service training. The trainer at the agility classes, in turn, has given Dean a forever home. So please know that the decision not to keep you was the right thing to do. I promise your new family will love you like we did and will give you everything you deserve. And it's a promise that the next foster that comes in here will be taken care of the same way and we will find him the perfect home also. Adopting you out enables DreamABull to save more animals and we will never forget you. Another dog will fill your empty crate soon, but the place you took in our hearts will never be filled because you took it with you. Another dog will soon need our help. Thank for teaching us how to do that, we love you Dean.
